Ah yes, the classic “overtake in oncoming traffic a car turning in front of you” move. What an idiot. A motorcyclist once did that to me (except mirrored of course because we drive on the other side) and the only reason that man didn’t go for a flight is because I watch my mirrors.

I don’t know how to speak Australian much, but “Wanker” comes to mind. In that first one, it’s not like the lady made any sudden moves, though I did not hear a turn signal.

How can one be so inept as a driver. People like that should be suspended from driving a vehicle for a very long time.

Interesting that it’s a Peugeot 406 though. Cockroaches that can only be killed this way, by inept owners . I don’t expect you have many of these (Peugeots) in Australia.

It’s an extremely reckless thing to do. You don’t overtake someone on the side they are signaling a turn on. Really, you don’t overtake someone at all in most of those situations.

The signal in my car is very quiet and I often have passengers comment on my perceived failure to signal.

I really hate to point this out, because it’s gonna sound like I’m defending the overtaking driver... But FWIW, i n that first video, I don’t hear the click of a turn signal . You’d think that would be an important message to send other drivers who might be wondering why you’re stopping in the road ...
